All the go over was at like 10pm and I was still full from dinner but I just needed something… I don’t know.

Post workout! Salmon, roast veggies and a nectarine. It was already dished up so I can’t be bothered to weigh up and calculate calories but, do I really need to?!

Today is extremely low and I did Insanity plyometrics cardio on top of this… Though I felt like I barely tried it was so hard.
Anyway we’re going shopping tomorrow and I’ll be able to get some fruit in me, which will boost my numbers back up :)
Urgh I’ve cream and bread has tackled me tonight.

So yes I went over, but like I said earlier I did do an Insanity workout and I don’t put them on MFP because I don’t have a reliable calorie counter (watch this space!) so I don’t like to assume. And I know that doesn’t make up for the biscuits but… It was one of those days.
N/B: Rockie road was an end of year present from my tutor at school and has slowly been disappearing over the last week or so, I just chose a homemade one because I thought it would be more accurate.
