I’ve attempted the Insanity video four times, I’ve gotten past the warm and then I’m just so bored my body says no, what are you doing. So I’ll come back to that at some point I promise.
I might just go back to running and weights instead of videos because it worked a lot better.
Then if I can stop eating life will be perfect! Apart from calorie counting and being fat obviously.
Ahh, there’s this girl I’m friends with on My Fitness Pal and her calorie goal is 500 and she never reaches it and I don’t know what to do or of I’m allowed to say something?!
