Meep.

So I didn’t do insanity because my gym floor was slipping and it was cardio so I didn’t want to fall on my face, so I did a run.

10 minutes: 9km/h.
10-20: 2 minutes 9.5/3 minutes 5
20-30: 2 minutes 5/3 minutes 9.5
5 minute cool down.

Insanity Fit Test. 

I stopped twice, thought I wouldn’t finish it and even if I did I modified pretty much every movement but once it was over I realised, I did it. I finished. I can get better, that’s the point right?

Training. After school =

So did 2.5km tonight before my shin gave in, then I nearly CRIED over Biggest Loser. JESSE AND AARON DESERVED TO BE THERE WHEN WE ALL KNOW LISA DOESNT AND IT WAS SO HEARTBREAKING TO SEE A BROMANCE BROKEN LIKE THAT!
Omg feels I never thought I would have…

Also ate shit loads of cereal and I know I complain a lot but I’m just so angry at myself all the time and I don’t understand how after five months Im still not a track?! I just keep gaining and gaining. Sometimes I wonder what’s the point, seriously I’ll just be fat and guilty forever because I’m so weak. I prove that everyday, I’m weak and useless and Urgh.

Center Parcs

So I’ve been chillin in Center Parcs since Monday.

Done loads of swimming, archery, cycling, badminton and we were supposed to do a boxercise class but my friend was ill so I’m upset about that :(

Also going to try and start running again tomorrow so I can get my weight loss back on track. MEEH.

The day I discovered I have NO RHYTHM.

So I can’t dance at all. The first video I did all the way through and I was sweating a little but wasn’t hard at all and a bit boring to be honest… And Zumba was nearly impossible to follow as I have all the grace of wet cement so I stopped after 18 minutes.

Been doing loads of POP pilates, Cassey really knows how to make you shaaakee. My internet crashed during the back workout and while I was trying to make it work again I was shaking the whole time. 

Today:

Flexibility stretch

Backless dress workout

Thighs, core and shoulders

Not a lot but my knee is feeling tender after PT session and swimming yesterday so taking it easier. I really want to get to running again but I won’t until I come back from centre parcs just to rest it up. 

Also jumping on the insanity bandwagon and starting that when I’m off school again so look out for me complaining loads!

SHIN PAIN IS PAINFUL.

So I went to my run and at around 1.5 I had to walk because I was in so much pain and then I carried on until 2 then stopped.

Why is this happening :(

40 minutes for 5km

I was dying. I got to 4 and walked .8 which is really frustrating. I keep getting in and out of running and whenever I have to stop I want to scream.

I’ll step it up 5km in 30 minutes WILL HAPPEN.

So today I tried out crow pose and oh my god I can do it for like 2 seconds, but my feet are only an inch or two off the ground.

I’m still counting it.

I have such weak wrists and at my size it’s so much harder to get my body into position so I’M WELL PROUD xD

Did a NTC workout today, I wanted to die, but it feels amazing to be getting back on track!

My abs are sore O.O

That hasn’t happened in forever! I mean they’ve been in agony during a workout but not the day after.

I would like to give the credit to high bicycle crunches; basically you come up fully instead of just lifting your shoulders, then fall back down and repeat. It was hard but I’m going to do them now I know how because I really need to get some core strength. -_-

I did the 45 minute Pioneer workout today and loved it. I will also be making use of the targeting workouts because they look uber helpful. 

I moved out of my gym because it’s like -1000000000 degrees in there and I thought I was going to die. Please get warm soon?
